Shipping

Finished products can be picked up locally in Houston, TX or are subject to shipping charges.

Processing time

All products are made to order. Therefore, processing time will vary per individual project. Please contact us for availability.

Rush fees are available and are subject to each customer’s expedited needs ($50 or 20% of the estimated total, whichever is greater).

payment

All projects are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once the project is complete per mutual due date agreement, the remaining 50% balance and any surcharges will be billed.

Surcharges can include, and are not limited to, shipping, order increase, and additional materials.

Moji Calligraphy accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of personalized services, unless an item arrives damaged or defective, returns are not accepted.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If any item is not returned in its original condition, the customer will be responsible for any loss in value.
